Property Amenities
The refreshed Best Western North Bay Hotel and Conference Centre is North Bay's largest hotel and conference facility. Located directly across from Lake Nipissing, the hotel is within a quick walk to several restaurants and shopping, and only a short drive to downtown North Bay's waterfront and entertainment options. The hotel features the largest (hotel) pool in the city and is fully enclosed with plenty of natural lighting. Burn some calories in our fitness centre featuring a treadmill, elliptical trainer, stationary bike and universal weight training system. Thereafter, enjoy a soak in our whirpool or sweat off the pounds in our sauna. Guests staying at Best Western are entitled to earn Best Western Rewards Points, Air Miles Rewards Miles, or points on a variety of airline programs.
Meeting/event facilities in the hotel can accommodate up to 800 guests spread out amongst 9 meeting rooms, the largest of which can accommodate up to 400 guests. Our on site team of service professionals can help you plan that very special milestone, company event or anything in between.

Our flat screen TVs feature all the latest digital cable television channels with dedicated news, sports and entertainment channels. For your convenience, all guestrooms also feature coffee/tea makers, irons and boards as well as individual climate control and hair dryers. Daily housekeeping services are provided.

Best Western North Bay offers our guests use of the largest hotel pool in town. Our heated indoor pool, hot tub and sauna are opened daily from 6:00 AM Enjoy use of our fitness room featuring Precor equipment and a universal Gym.

“Great Place to Stay”
We really enjoyed this hotel stay. The staff members were very helpful and the restaurant, Farina, had excellent food with great service. We will definitely stay there again. My only concern was that there wasn't an elevator (only 2 floors).

The staff was extremely good to us as we needed some special accomadations while there. Couldn't have found more helpful people. Food at Joso's was good and service was quick. Thanks for a great weekend.
“Exceeded my expectations”
My trip to North Bay was for a family funeral, and I had flight and baggage complications which caused me to arrive very late and in a hurry to make it to the service on time. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and the room was so much better than I had expected, as was the room service. It was a great place to be trapped in the blizzard which arrived the next day! I would definitely stay there again.

Nicely located in North Bay. Rooms very clean. Beds and linens tops. Staff very friendly. Nice restaurant Farina on premises, Bar nice. Staff very friendly.
“Typical Best Western”
It's a big hotel and pretty much what you'd expect from a Best Western in North Bay. Room was OK and quiet. Front desk people are very friendly. The new restaurant is quite good and affordable for dinner and serves up a nice breakfast as well.

Very nice hotel, beds comfortable. Front desk staff helpful. The only negative was the hot tub It was not very clean!
“Under Construction”
The hotel was under construction & it was dirty in the entrance area. It was inconvenient when we came in. We tried to be understanding because it was under construction. The hallways were dirty & I am never impressed when I find hair in the bathroom. Our bed was very hard & uncomfortable. It did not help that a sign was put on the table saying that soon the hotel would be replacing the mattresses!
