“Good experience”

I have stayed at this hotle many times and it is always a pleasure. The staff is amazing from the chambermaids to the bar tender front desk staff and waitress'. You can't get better. My only complaint was the food in the dining room, breakfast was disappointing but other than that it was a good experience

“Excellent bedding”

I always carry a king size contour sheet because hotel sheets irritate my skin. At this Holiday Inn, I could tell that I wouldn't have a problem. The only problem I encountered at this hotel is that my iPhone couldn't connect to their wifi.

“Tired and needs TLC!”

I've stayed here on numerous occasions over the years and attended family weddings in the past. This Holiday Inn is great for kids sports events and weekends but is looking very tired overall. It is time to renovate! Windows need to be updated - you are either too hot or too cold in the winter. Rates are unreasonable for off-season - priced similar to Toronto hotels without the quality of amenities and comfort of stay.

“She is old without the charm - but on the water”

Long and narrow, with low cielings, it wouldn't have been so bad if we weren't paying more at this hotel than the beautiful suite we had rented overlooking Niagara Falls the night before. The walk-out to the promenade and water is nice, and that is where it stops. This hotel is meant for families and traveling teams.

“Great views”

Lovely location. Bathroom could use a facelift. Even thou a smoke free room, I could smell stale smoke smell on our floor, this was a turn-off. I booked a bed and breakfast deal, upon my arrival I was given a $20 breakfast voucher. My daughter and I had an omelet, juice and coffee , the bill for breakfast was $38.99, this bothered me as I do not consider this a bed and brekfast deal. Pool was very nice, but staff member was scrubbing down sides of pool, this made me uncomfortable. Very pleasant staff and nice location.

“Too expensive for the condition”

It has to be renovated. The noise from George St will wake you up if your room is on that side. Very good service at the front desk.
