“Very clean”

I would recommend this hotel. It was a bit far from the friends we were visiting but the hotel was great. Very friendly staff, very clean and comfortable room. The layout of the hotel is a bit confusing but I have no complaints. I would stay here again.

“Holiday Inn Sudbury Tour”

We used 9 rooms in total 7 thru Expedia for a student tour. It worked out very well except that Expedia indicated FREE BREAKFAST for all but this was not the case as it was only a coupon with a fixed value per room (somewhat misleading).

“Not Impressed”

Spent a night here on a recent trip through town. Hotel is a bit shabby and needs refreshing. Of great disappointment to the kids was not having a continental breakfast available.

“needs serious maintenance”

the room was located up 3 very narrow flights of stairs, making it difficult to carry luggage up to the room. the stairs were uneven making climbing difficult. we were given the key code for the wrong room, and had to go all the way back down and over to the desk as there was no communication from the hotel to the desk. Neither the TV or the air conditioning worked. we were very disappointed, and would not go back again.
