It was a really good hotel stay and close to everything, the only thing i dislike was that you had to pay 40 dollar plus tax it came up to 47 dollar per night and you had to walk and cross to another hotel because thenparking belongs to the other hotel.

The Niagara Fallaview was excellent spot to just enjoy the view of the falls all day and the amenities of the Hotel are more than sufficient. The staff are quite friendly and efficient. We loved our stay and will definitely go back!

Overall very good experience (Room 1175), friendly staff and courteous housekeeping. Great bathroom size and view of the falls from that side of the hotel. Right across from the ice dispensor too. Cleaning staff was quick, very polite and friendly. Several very good dining options of all kinds walkable within 15-20 minutes Main issues were: 1. The elevators: Multiple times calling up or down resulted in the elevator going in the other direction (Up arrow showing on the opening elevator's signals yet elevator went down instead) - or going down arrow selection lead to several Up only trajectories which cancelled my selection to go downwards. Elevators are not ventilated and can be very hot, even when the outside temperature is merely early 20s *C. 2. Noise: There seems to be a very incessant need for some very insecure individuals to rev their engines up to the point of breaking their transmission at all times of day and night - even on the 11th floor with the windows closed it was sometimes a problem at night - obviously not the hotel's fault, merely a remark about the location. 3. There is a ferris wheel that projects more light than the sun and it does not stop until 2:15-2:30am or the like. If you plan to sleep with the blinds open from that side of the hotel: you won't. Potentially great for shadow puppetry on the walls though.

Great location! Walkable to Falls, maid of mist ride and to border to view the Falls from USA side. Lots of restaurants to choose from close by and within walking distance. Great stay for families with kids (Waterpark). Con, make sure you do not book an interior room, no windows!!!
