“Excellent hotel and great location!”

Our stay was quite enjoyable. The location of the hotel is optimal for walking to many NYC attractions. The bed was very comfortable and the room was exceptional. The hotel staff even arranged for champagne and chocolate strawberries to be sent to our room when they learned that we were on our honeymoon. The staff was excellent, especially our new friend, Lenny, who greeted us every time we arrived and helped us with any questions we had during our stay. Lenny also suggested and arranged for the most efficient and cost-effective means of transportation to our various destinations. We highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back.

“Worth it”

I felt the Hotel was in a perfect location. My wife and I loved the fact we were within 5 to 10 blocks from central park and Times Square. The subway was a block away as well so we had quick access to downtown. The only complaint, although minor was our bathroom door did not work and our view was that of a another building's glass windows. Overall, for what we paid to stay in midtown during NYE was an absolute steal. AND IT WAS CLEAN!!

“Great Location and Staff - Loved It!”

I stayed here just after Christmas, prior to New Years. We were extremely pleased with the location - the hotel is very close to everything. The staff - from the doorman to the concierge and hotel manager - were all very friendly. We ran into an issue with our luggage locks, and they were very eager to help us find a solution. The guestroom was comfortable and clean. Our only complaint about the room was that it was a bit too warm in the evenings. Although there was a thermostat in the room, where we could "control" the settings and temperature, it didn't seem to make a difference. I would guess that the hotel has settings that override what you set the thermostat to after a certain point. I will most definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family, and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

“Birthday weekend in NYC”

We were pleasantly surprised to find the hotel to be small and intimate, yet with all the comforts. The beds and pillows were great and we faced a courtyard where it was very quiet. The air conditioning gave us a little bit of a problem, other than that it was a pleasure to stay there. The staff were professional and courteous. We will definitely be back.
