“Fine for families”

We visited with 2 children. The staff were friendly and helpful. We walked to the Queens Zoo, just 10 minutes away, and when we returned the shuttle took us to the Queens Center shopping mall. In the morning, we actually were served healthy options for breakfast. The next morning the shuttle took us to Laguardia. Altogether pleasant and we would go there again.

It's a nice and clean place to stay and I will go back again. :) The airport shuttle runs until 1:30am--great for flights coming late at night.

“Great spot to land”

We stayed here on our trip to NYC. The free shuttle service was awesome - from the airport, and then to/from the nearby subway stop every day. Without this, we would have been sunk. The free breakfast each morning was great, too. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. It was also very quiet - even though our room was on the garden level and next to a very busy freeway, we did not notice any noise. I slept like a baby in the city that never sleeps! Stay here if you just need a place to land each night during your trip to NYC. You're just a subway ride from anywhere you would want to go!

“Great for New York”

This hotel was more than we expected for the New York area. It had airport convience and a shuttle to a subway station that was convienent for Manhatten sight-seeing. I will go there again if we ever go to New York again. The Texans

“Excellent staff”

Hotel was great for a stop over in New York. Free airport pick up and drop off and also free shuttle to the mall. Front desk staff was excellent....nothing was a problem for them. Would recommend this hotel.

“I'd Stay There Again”

We picked the hotel because they were near LaGuardia, they had free shuttle service, and they had free parking. We were driving in from Connecticut and needed to park the car for a few days before returning it. Their shuttle would take guests to the shopping mall and subway stop and return to pick up when you were ready to return. They allowed us to return the rental car and picked us up and returned us to the motel. The staff was extremely helpful with directions and suggestions. Coffee was available all day,and breakfast was always properly prepared. The bed was comfortable - the towels were changed daily even though we hung them up - they also replaced the soaps and shampoos daily. The only suggestion for improvement would be a place in the bathroom for women to put makeup. There was no countertop space. I placed a washcloth in the sink and put my makeup on the washcloth. We were very pleased.

“SOOOO WORTH IT!!!”

The Holiday Inn Express Laguardia exceeded my expectations. Not only was it nicely updated (Flat Screen TV, New Bedding, 4 Pillows on each bed) but it was clean! You don't always know what your going to find when you book online. This Hotel deserves more than a 2 1/2 star rating! I would definitly stay again! The free shuttle to the airport was great too!

“Very Nice Stay”

This was the first time I had every been to the city. The management at the hotel helped me locate where I wanted to go and the best way to get there. They provide a shuttle bus to the mall, airport, and to the subway station. They have a schedule for these drop-offs and pickups, but they were accommodating and arranged for a shuttle even when it was not on the scheduled time. I was very impressed with the hot breakfast served daily. The only negative thing I have to say abut my stay was that the elevator was being serviced on my last day, it was fixed by early afternoon, and that there was minor construction going on during my stay. Overall I would recommend this hotel to others.
