“good experience”

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Air conditioning felt good with the heat in the city during my stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean with No bedbugs. Maid brought chocolates with the evening bed turndown.

“New York, so good I know why they named it twice!”

Would recommend Expedia for booking your holidays. We chose virgin flights (so that we could earn our virgin air miles) and we chose the Hotel based on Expedia ratings. If you are looking for a short break to NY - would recommend the Hotel as it was only about a 5 minute walk to Madison Square Gardens and about 10 minutes to Time Square- A good central base. The subway was quite easy to use once you got the hang of it, you pick up a map from the subway station. A fun day ticket is $8.25 each per day and this allows you unlimited use of the subway all day. Well worth it as you do plenty of walking around the shops and central park.

“Hilton NY Fashion District is great...”

I recently stayed at the Hilton NY Fashion District while on a business trip in NYC. It is convenient to SoHo and right in the heart of Chelsea. Plenty of great restaurants in the immediate area and just three blocks to the 1 Train. I had no problems with my room or any issues with the hotel. It is a comfortable place to stay. Check in took all of 5 minutes and since I pre-paid, check out took about 15 seconds. It was a great place to stay while in NYC. If going on vacation, I think it would be an excellent place to stay as well. It is convenient to the subway and there are always taxi's around. You can walk to Times Square although it is a bit of a walk. But you are in NYC, walking is the greatest way to see the city.

The hotel was great and the rooms were comfortable and quiet. The only problem we had was that the lights in the bathroom were not working. We got in late so did not call to get it fixed--just dealt with the dark. Otherwise everything was good.

“Comfort and serivce in NYC”

The moment we pulled up to the hotel, the doorman said: "Welcome home." and it was just wonderful from there. Although the size of the room was on the small side, the amenities and excellent room service were beyond my expectations. The bellman showed us to our room and was very personable and showed us all the features, including a neat wall niche with a Keurig coffee/tea maker. The decor was very modern with dark woods and silver metal finishes. The stand up shower was glass enclosed and the tile in the bathroom was well done. The bathrobe and slippers were a nice touch. Having a turndown service with chocolates every night was a welcome surprise. There was even a card placed in ht room every evening with the weather forecast for the following day. Having a NY Times delivered evey morning was also nice. I really loved our stay at Fashion 26 and would highly recommend it to anyone and will definitely stay there next time I am in NYC.

“Spiffy, chic hotel”

Room was very comfortable. Although I was a (few?) decade(s) older than most of the patrons, the staff was friendly and helpful. Very comfortable beds, tasty cupcakes in the lobby in the evening

“HOTEL TRES BIEN SITUE A RECOMMANDER +++++”

Avons passé 7 nuits dans cet hôtel d"une très bonne qualité avec un personnel très aimable. L'hôtel est très bien situé à cinq minutes à pied de Times Square. Chambre confortable et propre, un peu étroite pour ranger les valises mais rien de grave. Hôtel moderne, design sympa. Le restaurant "RARE" est de bonne qualité, un peu bruyant toutefois du fait de la musique mais agréable quand on n'a pas envie de ressortir le soir. Très bon hötel avec un bon rapport qualité prix pour le quartier si prisé de MANHATTAN. Nous le recommandons à tous ceux et notamment aux familles qui recherchent propreté, calme, accueil sympa, et proximité de TIMES SQUARE ! Merci Expédia
