This property is so conveniently located if you have reason to be in Washington Heights or the surrounding areas. Dominic at the front desk is outstanding.

Nice welcome at front desk, fast elevator ride to room, and easy entry room with key card. Room was smaller than I thought it would be. However, I do not travel much and have since learned that this is the norm for New York city. Room was clean, bathroom was quite nice, and there was a desk with pad and pen. It was an excellent experience.

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. As a female traveling alone, I never felt unsafe. It was also convenient to the subway for a straight shot down to Manhattan. Unfortunately, the room was very small and would have been uncomfortable if I had been traveling with a second person.

Best hotel experience ever! Since booking to check out I had a great experience! Initially when I booked I had a question about early check in so I sent an email and had a response in 30 minutes! Upon arrival Dominic greeted us and had the best customer service experience! He provided us with a list of nearby restaurants and answered all our questions! The room was perfect, great city view and just 2 minutes away from the subway station! Definitely coming back!
