I really liked it. A short walk to Washington Square Park, there I found good eating and drinking places. Will definitely stay again if I have the opportunity.

The room was absolutely tiny which I knew going in, but it is small. The fan made a lot of noise in our room as I guess it was loose in the ceiling and the bed squeaked with any movement. But overall, so affordable and easy. Would stay again.

This hotel stay is for those who enjoy being self sufficient and/or introverts in a busy city. Check in and check out is done entirely online. Room cleaning is done per request for an extra fee. Snacks and coffee are located at front desk. Staff is available for questions when needed and was friendly during interactions. Overall, my husband and I loved our stay. The hotel was very way to find, in a good part of town and easy to navigate.

Rooms clean, the general hotel less so. No elevator, so you don't want too much luggage if you end up on 4th or 5th floor. So-so quality for the price, but that's about what you have to expect in NYC--it's a crap- shoot what you get.
