“Broadway Plaza Hotel”
I was very pleased with this hotel. In fact it surprised me. The room was amazingly clean and comfortable. The bathroom was pretty big, the shower was specless. It looked brand new. The front desk staff was very friendly, helpful, and with a lot of initiative in looking for ways to make your stay more pleasant. There was a continental breakfast, but I never could get to it because it ended @ 9am and I was still sleeping at the time. :)

I was extremely happy with the size of the room, and the cleanliness of the rooom. Also, the staff was very nice. The hotel was not noisy in a prime manhattan location.

We had requested a room on the upper floors with a view of the Empire State Building & to our delight this was what we got. We found the staff very friendly & helpful IF we needed directions or a taxi they were only to pleased to help. Our room was quite spacious & very clean,it was cleaned & fresh towels supplied every day. We found the breakfast good with a selection of drinks, fruit ,baggles & pastries,the breakfast room is quite small ( only 4 tables) but you can take it back to your room ,also having tea & coffee on tap 24 hrs was really nice. The hotel is in a good central position with the subway only a short walk ,you can be uptown (central park) or Down town(ferries to statue of liberty etc) very quickly on the tube , fares are reasonable fun day pass unlimited rides 8.25$faster & cheaper especially inthe rush hour when you can be crawl ing along in a taxi & end up with a big fare. Well worth taking in a show on broadway go to TKTS ticket booth in times sq, after 3pm for same day performance nearly 50% off have to queue but lines go down quickly (only accept cash or travellers cheques). There is so much to see so plan your trip in advance so you know where you are going each day ( beware 4or 5 blocks dos'nt seem far but it can tiring walking every where). We had a fantastic time in NY & saw lots of great sights Top of the Rock on the top of the Rockafella building is a must it has better views than Empire state. would stay at the Broadway plaza again A1!

“Great hotel, not so great area.”
The only negative thing that I can say about the Broadway Plaza is that it isn't the greatest location. Outside the doors for about 5 blocks heading up Broadway you are constantly bothered & if I'm honest somewhat intimidated by people trying to get you to look at knock off bags, sunglasses etc. Everything else about the Broadway Plaza was excellent. The staff are among the best I've ever come across, the room is all that you needed it to be. The beds very very comfortable. The desk and chair was a nice touch. The bathroom was very clean with fresh towels every day. The free breakfast was very nice, the room was a little small but everyone ot a seat so it was big enough.I would definately recommend the hotel to all of my friends. The pizza place on the corner, I think it was called Broadway Pizza is a little slice of heaven !!!

What a great location, this is the second time I this hotel has been my one of choice. The room offered a lovely view from the 7th floor and could see the Empire State whilst laid in bed, and no noise even with the window open. The breakfast from last year has improved and now offers apples and oranges as well as bagels, cakes and alike. The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels even though this was not requested. Any concerns about the location shouldn't worry we found two bars within a couple of blocks walk, a liquor store a block away and plently of good food eateries.

Literie impeccable, serviettes de toilettes et changées tous les jours. Petit déjeuner succint au niveau choix dans une vaisselle en carton et matière plastique, patisseries typiquement américaines, à consommer avec modération (sucre), mais pour 2 jours ce n'est pas très important.

hotel bien situé pour visiter le centre ville à pieds, accueil chaleureux et tout le personnel est super sympathique,la chambre était grande et fonctionnelle avec vue sur l'Empire State Bulding. ainsi que la salle de bains, propreté dans tout l'hotel, le plus : petit déjeuner compris à prendre dans la pièce réservée à cet effet où dans la chambre. nous le recommandons et notre séjour fut une réussite.
