“We'll stay at Airway Inn again!”

We chose Airway Inn based on other customer reviews, and the hotel met our expectations. Airway Inn is in a safe neighborhood, public bus is around the corner, hospitality is awesome. It offers free shuttle to/from the airport, although this was not clear in the hotel description at the time.

“I couldn't have asked for friendlier people!”

I loved my stay at Airway. I arrived and was greeted by a very friendly gentleman and given my fear of flying I was relieved to see a friendly face. I had reserved a non-smoking room and that is what I got. It was very clean and cozy with quaint furnishings. The staff was simply amazing and so accommodating. When I asked for extra tea bags they brought me a basket of assorted within literally minutes. They were so helpful. I'd not been to NY alone and they suggested places to eat and shop and gave me directions to places I might like if I felt like walking around, which I did... and the neighbourhood was colourful and the residents really friendly and lovely. I actually extended my stay because I found it so relaxing there. The hotel staff helped me with calling cabs when I needed and their free shuttle service was perfect. They were ready immediately during my arrival and departure and the driver was so nice. When I arrived back home I did not unpack immediately... 3 days later I saw that I left every bit of my jewelry in the hotel room!!! I called frantic in the middle of the night and they had it all waiting for me in their safe and they shipped it all to me overnight!!! There may be "nicer" hotels as far as decor or location but there is NOTHING that compares to the amazing staff at Airway. I felt more like I was in someones home than in a hotel. If an amazing staff and convenient location are what you are looking for. I highly recommend the Airway Inn.

“Honest and grest service”

I booked a room at the Airway Inn during my recent vacation. I checked out of my room, returned to the airport when my 14 year old daughter told me she left het Ipod in the room. I called the on duty manager who requested I send a slef addressed stamped envelope for its return.I did hoping for its return. About 10 days after I returned home, I receveived the Ipod. Honest people like the employees at the Airway Inn should be commended. I did send a "thanks you" gas card for my appreciation.

“Cheap& Comfortable place near LaGuardia Airport”

though it sounds pricey, believe me it is the cheapest hotel i foind near LaGuardia airport and within a Bus ride from Manhattan. Though the hotel is in a cramped place, the room i had was pretty big and comfortable. the decor was ok, and i thought most of the hotel was quite clean.

I don't generally post my reviews but having travelled all over the world across the five continents, I think this hotel deserves a grade "A" for its cleanliness. The hotel's representative was very helful and friendly. This hotel offers the best value for your money.

“Great Value”

This hotel is a bargain for NYC. The rooms were as good or better than the larger franchise hotels I've stayed at. Rooms had a 32" flat screen TV, microwave, refrigerator, free wireless internet, duvet blanket, 3 sheets on the bed, etc. Not only that but the staff was also very friendly. It was sort of like Cheers, where everbody knows your name. Rooms were clean. Hotel is near Manhattan and LaGuardia Airport. I will definitely be back.

“Perfectly comfortable and s step above the usual airport hotel”

As I was on a budget, I did not expect to enjoy my stay here, but I actually had a really comfortable visit. The staff is friendly and experienced, the rooms are very comfortable and clean (with flat screen TVs!) and the hotel is convenient to the city. I would definitely recommend this for the visitor who's looking for convenience and comfort at a great rate.

“good value for money.”

I read some bad reviews weeks after I made our booking so I was worried about the accommodation. But my family and i were happy with our stay. the staff are really helpful, very accommodating. Our return flight was at 6am so they got us two taxis free of charge. Hassle free stay. :)

“Good”

Really fair for the price, confy, nice and clean. The only thing is that is a lil far to Manhattan that is that You have to Pay not only the subway but a bus.
