“Perfect small hotel in great setting”
Very pleasant stay, good central location, handy for the Airport shuttle bus (Alibus) and approximately 25 minute walk to the circumvesuviana train station. Nice rooms, very good breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Prosecco and nibbles provided free every evening. Well stocked mini-bar and room service for hot drink at night. Good value small hotel to be highly recommended.
“Experience Napoli”
The location was spectacular. It was great living in the Galleria Umberto and experiencing Naples' daily life. The staff was exceptional, always helpful and pleasant. I hope to return again for a longer stay.
“Friendly hotel in a great location”
A hotel in a fantastic location, in the centre of the Gallery that felt like a quiet oasis from the hustle and bustle of the Via Toledo, the main shopping street, just a few yards away. Very friendly staff could not have been more helpful. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. The only (slightly strange) issue we had with the room was that in the beautiful and spotless modern bathroom, there was no shower curtain or screen above the bath, although there was a shower head - so it wasn't possible to have a proper standing up shower.

“Art Hotel, Naples”
Wonderful position in the centre of Naples, next door to the Palazzo Reale and the Castel Nuovo. The hotel is small and comfortable right under the roof of the Nineteenth century shopping arcade. The rooms are individually frescoed and comfortable, although the shower over the bath could have been better designed. Extremely helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet, and complementary prosecco in the evening. Excellent base for exploring Naples, and within walking distance of the hydrofoil terminal to the islands.
“Good value in Naples”
Hotel was nice. We were in the rooms on the other side of the piazza which had a really great terrace to sit and relax or have your breakfast.
