“Naples is not as bad as people think”
This was a lovely hotel, very helpful reception staff. Convient for all areas of Naples. We would very happily stay there again
“Central Hotel”
This hotel is one block from the train station, in central Naples. The staff are bubbly and friendly. The room is small but comfy, with a nice colourful bathroom. The double bed comes are 2 singles pushed together. There is no view. The breakfast is beautiful.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Very comfortable room. I would definitely stay there again.
“Good facilities at the price - very convenient location.”
We have stayed twice (total 26 nights) at this hotel, and we will stay there again on our next visit. The room facilities are basic but perfectly adequate. The breakfast service is excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful with tourist information. The hotel is very conveniently located for transport to all locations. The site, like most in Naples, is too noisy to leave windows open at nights, but the double glazing and air conditioning provide restful conditions.
“A decent experience”
I stayed two nights at this hotel for the purpose of easy access to Pompeii and Herculaneum. While it's probably not the best location for exploring other parts of Naples, for my purposes it was quite adequate -- literally three minutes from the train station, and so easy access from Rome or to Pompeii/Herculaneum. The staff were a little distant but otherwise amenable, and they had recommendations for nearby dinner places (a good thing, as the hotel isn't exactly located in a restaurant-filled district).
“Surprisingly good value for money!”
Good location as near station and very cheap.Room was very clean and comfortable.We have enjoyed our stay there and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.
“tHE hOTEL WAS VERY GOOD AND THE STAFF VERY FRIENDLY BUT THE LOCATION WAS NOT IDEAL”
The Hotel was great but unless you need to be located very close to the train station we would not recommend staying in this area as it didnt feel very safe and was not as beautiful as the area around the port. The staff were extremly friendly and reccomended a great restaurant to eat in.

It may not be in a garden setting but everything else about the hotel made our holiday very enjoyable. The reception and breakfast room staff in particular were pleasant and helpful.

L'hôtel est conforme a la qualité habituelle des best western:confort, propreté et qualité de l'accueil.Sa situation, dans le quartier de la gare, quartier un peu glauque au dire de toutes les brochures touristique est , en fait, a mon sens un attrait supplémentaire, puisque la faune interlope que l'on peut y rencontrer(camelots, vendeurs à la sauvette, prostituées...) sans que l'on ressente une tension quelconque permet surement un bonne approche de Naples . Ajoutons que la proximité de la gare permet un accès très aisé aux sites archéologique, à la côte Amalfitaine et au Vésuve
“Naples for the night”
Staff particularly helpful. Location not brilliant but for us staying just one night it suited our purpose. The room rate was excellent and included an adequate breakfast.
