"Besides the usual hit and miss of the service based roles, this was an excellent location and hotel to stay in for the pricing at the time of booking. The room was clean with fresh air available, cleaned daily to a good standard. A beautiful bar but the service there was dependant on the staff member on duty. Gym for some reason doesn’t open til 7am, and steam room / sauna require request to be switched on. The breakfast is well above average and the restaurant staff at breakfast are attentive and proactive. All in all a great stay only marred by some inconsistent customer service in various departments. "

"The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The location was directly across from the train station and walking distance to Marienplatz and Augustine-Keller which was great. Room was smaller than the NH in Berlin mitte, but met our needs. Would stay again. "

"Excellent, few steps to metro, tram and train, 15min walk to city center, excellent breakfast, great staff, clean, comfy beds, big room, the area is not as nice to the city center, but is safe and a lot of supermarkets, and conveniently located. Tip: you can use the metro, tram or bus for short trips ticket takes you mostly for all the attractions for half the cost (max 4 stops)."
