“Good experience”

Travelled with 4 adults and 6 children so we got two suites. Everything was clean and comfortable for our one night stay. Indoor pool was good for the kids to stretch their legs and burn off some energy during our summer cross country trip to Mt. Rushmore. No problems to speak of.

“Great Hotel in a Wonderful Town”

Thank you for the wonderful service. Chelsee at the front desk was very helpful. Additionally, my wife and I were late for breakfast but were served, with a smille, nonetheless.

“Nothing Special”

The hotel is nothing special, average for the area, the beds are better than the Holiday Inn's but the pillows need to be replaced.

“There was a few issues”

I needed to make several long distance phone calls especially since I started having charging issues with my cell phone but could not get the room phone to work for long distance. The desk told me to keep trying. When I mentioned it at checkout I was told I should have contacted the desk. When I said I did, that person checked something at the desk and said the long distance was turned off for that room probably from a previous guest. I also had one phone that would not signal any of the interior workers in the hotel. We also had a heating/ air conditioning issue in our room but did not want to complain as we did not want moved from where we were located. Overall I like this hotel and would go there again. Most of the personnel are pleasant and they provide a decent breakfast with some variety. We've enjoyed the pool and spa and housekeeping is good but always got to our room pretty late in the afternoon, but at least they clean unlike several other hotels in the area we have previously tried.
