“Wonderful Inn”

What a terrific Inn. 13 rooms and all were spacious, immaculate and as comfortable as your own home. The staff was wonderful. Helpful in every way. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Carmel. I can't say enough good things about this place AND the bargain I got through Expedia. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

“Great Hotel -- does all the small things right”

Great location, plush rooms and excellent service. Free wine hour and appetizers, along with free mini bar, make this hotel and excellent overall value. Highly recommend it.

“Very nice hotel in great location. Expensive.”

The hotel is really nice and very well situated. The staff was very friendly and polite, and the room was clean and comfortable. All snacks and beverages in the room were free, which is rare, even in very expensive places like this one. The only (forgivable) negative was that the bed was really really really soft. There must have been at least 20 inches of cushioning on top of the mattress, which made it waaay too fluffy.

“Carmel's Best Kept Secret”

My wife and I stayed here for an anniversary getaway and it was great. We were greeted as if we were the only ones staying that night. Front desk was extremely helpful and kind. Room was beautifully decorated and everything is walking distance. Will do it again next year.

“plain awful....”

I have never been treated so rudely in my life, and just upon arriving and check in. The rooms are not what they look like on the internet. They are dark, dingy, smelly and very old. It does not have ocean views and is nowhere near the water. Their website is decieving. I am still in shock at how rude the staff was. We didnt even bother staying there and left to another hotel based on our brief and dreadful experience.
