The village itself is very quiet with just a few facilities - bar, small food store, pharmacy - but only a 15min drive to the large town of Sulmona which has all you need and a great market on Wednesday and Saturdays. "Luca kindly met us at the airport and escorted us to the property. It was as described - spacious, clean and comfortable. Francesca had left a welcome food pack and a bottle of wine which was most appreciated as we arrived late at night. The property was private and secure, yet within walking distance to shops. Internet access was good although limited if streaming. Linen and towels were changed weekly but access to a washing machine would have been useful for laundering clothes. Any queries...
