"The place was quirky with a lovely outside area to sit and enjoy. The staff we great, kind, polite and very helpful. The only downside was that there was a loose tile on our floor which was a trip hazard and there was no heating. We did however enjoy our time at the hotel and would definitely visit again. "

"This property is not n a great location for dinning and exploring the town and attractions. Note that you cannot park near the property. You need to find parking and walk some distance on cobblestone to get to your room. "

"We were confused and could not follow the instructions on how to check in. Really needed to have a car because you check in at one place and then are sent to where you are actually staying. Never did figure it out to check in. Very difficult if you have to schlep your bags by yourself. "

"The property was nicely decorated and within walking distance of the major attractions in Siena. Not sure if it is an Italian thing, but, the ones we have stayed at don’t provide soap for showering. Only downside, and that is not too important. "

"Property is very clean with extremely good location-inside walls with excellent dining and some shopping. Host is helpful. Be aware, this is a mountain-too town so parking is a couple blocks away with steep walking. Call host before arrival for directions to park. It was difficult for me or Expedia to contact host, but he was cooperative and helpful when we arrived. Very nice, large room and bath. Quiet considering it is on main street. I recommend the facility and location highly. "

"We were on the 1st floor of the villa, and although we’d booked a private bathroom this wasn’t part of the room but across the corridor which was shared with 2 other rooms. Not ideal in the middle of the night! Window to view was very small and didn’t have a curtain, but actually the location is lovely (10 min drive to Sienna) and breakfast is adequate. Can imagine the pool would be lovely in summer. "

"I did not want to leave. Cheerful, stylish color pallet & decor. Good internet. Postcard views. Peaceful. Relaxing. Lovely outside terrace & pool. The quibbles-no television, no coffee machine, no microwave. Sofa & coffee table are more shabby than chic. Stains. Need replacing."

"This place was so pretty and away from the touristy areas. We were able to see San Giamigano (sp?). Siena, Montepulciano, Montalcino was very close by. This place is in the middle of the prettiest part of Tuscany!! The place was very nice but could use some racks or hooks for your towels and a place to put your shampoo etc. by the shower. 😁"

"This apartment is in a charming medieval village just outside Montalcino that brings you back in time. The views are phenomenal. The apartment is very comfortable and with all the amenities! The host Francesco is amazing and helped us with planning some outings while in town. Highly recommend!"
