"Hotel was good and the entrance and the lobby are well maintained, the rooms themselves are a bit dated and could use a refresh. But, they are as shown in the pictures. We had quite good service from one member of the staff, Moritz! The location is quite central so it is fairly easy to get around Berlin from this hotel. "

"It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "
