“Mariott stay”
All of the staff were very professional and couteous
“.”
No hairdryer?! I also saw a co-worker's room and my room was much smaller than what she was given. I didn't mind that, except her bathroom came with a tub and mine was only a walk-in shower. I was at the end of a hall that had a connecting room if that had been an option I had asked for. I personally didn't mind the smaller space (even though I wanted to soak a sprained ankle). And everyone I dealt with at the hotel was really very nice and helpful and my overall experience was positive. If I get sent back for work I will choose this hotel again.
“Very Impressed”
The hotel was wonderful. There was a great view out the window. The service was really nice and it was in a great location.
“Very Nice Hotel in Minneapolis”
The room and bath were immaculate, the Minneapolis view from the room was stunning. The sparkling city lights were hard to look away from in the evening, morning revealed lovely architecture and the summer green fields and rural water towers of the outer areas. Our only complaint was parking, the garage is not very close, and it was a bit confusing getting there via the mall and/or walking outside on the street and through to it. The upside to that is the parking attendants were lovely, friendly people. We stayed for three wonderful nights and look forward to doing it again in another season.
“Great Place”
This hotel was simly amazing. We got an excellent deal through Expedia by buying the hotel and flight together. Because the deal was so great, I wasn't expecting much, but this Mariot was beautiful. Our view overlooking the city, the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in, the relaxing shower and all the amenities they give you... it was one of the best hotels I've stayed in.
“Clean and comfortable”
The hotel had some construction on the first floor which made it a little confusing. It will be great when the construction is done. You have to take 2 different elevators to get to your room. Takes some getting used to. The hotel is connected to other places by elevated, indoor walkways, making things really convenient. The location is great--Right in the middle of everything and within walking distance to the great little tram train and the Metro Dome!
“Great Downtown Location with transit access to Mall of America”
Renovated hotel that actually looks "renovated"; unlike a lot of other hotels. The food was delicious. I have a teenager who ate everything on her plate. The hotel is close to bus stops so you can get a express bus to go see St. Paul, and within walking distance of the light rail stop so you can easily get to the Mall of America. You have direct access to the downtown skyway system from this hotel. That's great in the summer when it's raining outside or simply too hot, and of course in the winter.
“Minneapolis Marriott”
The hotel was nice, clean, and the Pillows were awesome!
“Great unexpected food!”
Was easy to find our way around, a Marshall's downstairs (which is always appreciated) and great food at the bar, the miso salmon and the walleye (regional food) were awesome!
