“I'll be returning Next Year”
Excellent place thats in the heart of everything and a block away from the Beach. I've traveled to South beach Hundreds of times and have stayed at Various hotels and nothing compares to the Sherebrooke. Mitch is the best and is very accomodating by meeting your needs and making sure the room and grounds are kept clean. Beds are comfy but truthfully i didnt see the bed to often. I'm planning already for next year, can't wait to return. Thanks again MItch.
“Ideal place to stay”
Very central excellent position minutes from beach shops restaurants etc.
“Needs a dusting”
The location is great but the room needed a major cleaning. There is no maid service but they do give you clean towels every day. There are no phones in the rooms so you can't have a wake up call. The next time I stay in this hotel I will bring cleaning supplies. Young people won't mind this hotel because you can overlook a lot of things because of the location.
“Next time I'll spend more for something nicer”
I've had much, much better for half the price but I suppose it's true what they're saying - you're paying for the location. Our main concerns were finding close & affordable parking, which the concierge (loose interpretation) helpfully suggested we "y'know, use your eyes, look up the street" for. Thanks. Also, a number of guys (including said concierge) seemed to be hanging outside the front doors our entire stay, drinking and/or smoking and leering at the women passing by. Walls and ceilings were thin and our street-side room was prone to drunk, shrieking passersby. All in all, it seemed more like a shabby apartment than a hotel. If you're just there for the party, it should do fine.
