“A nice hotel in the heart of Miami Beach.”
I had doubts before going due to some comments I read. But honestly after being there I have to say that I am more than satisfied with the hotel. I am the kind of travellers who are very little time at the hotel, but I was more than satisfied with the room and above all the bathroom, completely new and very clean. The air conditioning working 24 hours a day and for my taste a bit high. The location of the hotel is great, just meters from Lincoln and facilities to eat and shop very near. With mu husband we even went to the swimming pool, I just rest but my husband was swimming for a while. It was a nice please, very quiet and enjoyable. It´s to recommend. If you want to have a nice time and good price this is the place. It´s a nice place to stay and good price.
“Great stay, great location, great everything”
This hotel was amazing, not great looking from the outside, but from the inside the room was amazing, very clean, very nice bathroom, something that you wouldn't expect from looking at it from the outside. The location was also amazing, 5 min walk to the beach, and 10 min to all of the hotels on the Ocean Drive strip.
“J'ADORREEE MIAMI”
L'hotel est très bien situé, des arrets de bus de tous les cotes de l'hotel. L'hotel se trouve a seulement 2 minutes de la Lincoln Road et a 10 minutes de l'Ocean Drive. Pour le petit déjeuner aucun probleme, je vous conseille le Paul, patisserie francaise sur la Lincoln Road. J'y retournerai et ca dans le meme hotel ;)

“Location, Location, Location”
I must admit we were a little nervous after what we paid for such a fantastic location but were completely blown away once we arrived. Sure the rooms are a motel type set up but they are clean and seat you to the main hub of Miami - exactly where you want/need to be. Staff are friendly and helpful and we had a great stay.

“Great customer service”
Stayed here on April 8, 2010. The lobby is upgraded and looks nice. The room accomodated us well. The bathroom was upgraded and the beds were clean. The TV, however, did not have cable, there were only a few channels that worked. The plus about staying at San Juan Hotelis the close proximity to the beach, it's only one short block away. It's also right around the corner from Lincoln Road, which is a long walkway of restaurants, bars, clubs, and stores. For the price it is a great value. I would stay here again. The best thing about our experience there was the customer service. I forgot my cell phone charger after I left town, I called them and they mailed it to me. They saved me $29! Thanks to the staff and thanks for a great stay.
“It was the third stay !”
The best location in SoBe, cheap prices for simple confortable bedrooms and the best staff in Miami Beach. It was the third time we came to the San Juan Hotel those two years. Everybody is kind and efficient. Surely we will be back in a few months. Thanks a lot to everybody from the staff.
“Great value for the price!!!”
A good hotel that is close to the beach and close to the Collins Ave. and Lincoln Rd. strip. The bathroom was newly redone and the room was a little used, but clean. The wifi at no cost was also a great feature. The hallways are a little warn, but we were out most of the time enjoying the sun! Thank you!

I very liked my room. Ask room with microwave.
