Built in 1936, but modernized throughout, this all-suite landmark hotel is located in the Art Deco District of Miami Beach. Ocean Drive (which borders the beach) is a block away and Lincoln Road Mall is 2 blocks from the Nassau Suite Hotel.

“Great Location for South Beach”
We stayed there for a week, and if South Beach is what you are after, then this is definately a great base. The beach is literally a 3 minute walk away, and about 5 minutes from walgreens/CVS, so quite easy to make your own food if you don't feel like dining out. The staff were very helpful (especially after an unfortunate incident) and the facilities are very good value for money. The only thing that was slightly disappointing, was that when they advertise as breakfast included, it is a very very very limited breakfast. Apart from that very minor problem though, everything was great.
“Wonderful Find”
Room was beautifully appointed. Certainly not your standard suite hotel room. Spacious, well appointed, modern. The staff is very accomodating, the location is central and the value is amazing. Will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to my friends.

The rooms are huge (full kitchen, walking closet, mini living space and big bedroom), recently renovated and very clean. The staff is very friendly, the location is great! - only 1 block away from the beach (ask for free beach towels and chairs). This hotels offers parking for $15/day which is great specially being in South Beach where parking is hard to find.

I was at the Nassau suites this past week, and it is a wonderful hotel. The rooms were really clean, and affordable. You will love the location, right in the heart of shopping, clubbing, and the beach. You will not be disappointed!!!

“Amazing - brilliant value right in the heart of fabulous South Beach”
We had a wonderful, huge room which was very tastefully decorated and very clean. It was more like a 5* hotel. The staff were very friendly and made the stay very enjoyable. The location was absolutely perfect and was moments away from the beach, shops, wonderful restaurants, bars and the fabulous Ocean Drive. It was luxury at an affordable price and I would definitely stay there again.

“Great Hotel”
I had a great stay at the Nassau hotel. The location was walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, and clubs. There was also a 24 hour diner right up the block! The rooms were immaculate. They even washed our dishes. Having a kitchen in the room was a plus. The restaurants in Miami are VERY pricey. We paid $12 for a grilled cheese sandwich!! They hotel provided towels and chairs for the beach, which was only a 5 minute walk. It was very quiet in the hotel also. Only a few mornings did we experience noise from the street because we were on the first floor closest to the street and it was only garbage trucks going by. Staying in this room was just like staying in your own studio apartment. We had the Studio king suite. The price could not be beat either. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there the next time I visit South Beach!
“The best for group of 4”
We travelled in the group of four persons, and were looking for one big room, cause it's cheaper comparing to total price of 2 rooms. The room was great! It's so big that I felt myself absolutely comfortably. The great point is a separate cloakroom with plenty of space and a big wardrobe. Room was clean and convenient. Continental breakfast was rather good, often I felt fulled up). Everyday cleaning made me glad. Free internet access helped us a lot, we didn't expect that it was free. Hotel located near Artdeco and Ocean Dr. 3 minutes to get to the beach.
