“Great Hotel”
Will definately go back!
“Excellent stay”
The Bentley Beach Hotel was amazing. The rooms are spacious and clean especially the bathrooms. Amenities are also exceptional, loved the pool and the easy access to the beach. It is also an advantage to have readily available towels and lounge chairs when you go to the beach. For the extra $10.70 you pay a day in resort fee the perks are worth it. The hotel has a modest fitness area and the jacuzzi is just outside the door. When we got to the hotel we found out our surround system was not working and they immediately moved us to another suite which had a partial view of the ocean. The staff is responsive and helpful. Best thing of all, location, location, location! It doesn't get better than Ocean Dr. while in SOBE.
“Nicest hotel I have stayed in South Beach”
I have stayed in at least fifteen boutique hotels in South Beach in the past two years. This was by far the best of them all and I do plan on staying there again. When I requested maid service put a couple of extra towels in the room, this was done every day of the five days we were there without having to remind someone.
“I love it”
The hotel is beautiful, clean, and service was great. Everyboby is very friendly. I love this hotel, I will go back there.
“Very nice hotel, worth the bucks!”
Very nice and tasteful furnished rooms. The hotel is conveniently located right at the Ocean front. Fee for towel and sun chair cover was included which made it very convenient because of no extra costs. The hotel is located across the street of very nice (and pricy) restaurants with great food. It is a close and casual walk to the Ocean Drive. Unfortunately the TV and sound system in the room didn't work properly.
“Not quite finished”
The room (a studio) was very nice. The bathroom was the size of a small apartment in itself. Maid service was very good as was overall hotel service. Most of the amenities, such as restaurant, have not opened yet, but that was no problem for me. The "grand opening special" from expedia was a great deal. Not sure if I would pay full price for the room.
“Memorial day weekend”
Hilton hotel offered great customer service. We arrived Miami really early and they accommodated us n checked us in early. The staff were all friendly. Kelly from front desk was great! The housekeeping service excellent! We felt like VIP all the time we stayed from valet service to checking out. We got the room we wanted! Great view at penthouse. This hotel is next to Nikki beach. If I only knew Nikki beach is poppin Sunday's would have stayed at this hotel all thruout our trip . Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!!! I will definitely come back!

“We shall return”
The Bentley Beach Hotel is all of the things you are looking for. We stayed in the Jr. Suite which was nicely decorated and extremely clean. The service at the Bentley Beach is impecable. From the front desk to the housekkeper and maintenance man, the staff responds immediately to your request and everyone is very nice. They are adding a spa to the hotel which will just make it even better. There is no resturant; however, most hotel resturants are usually over-priced and not that good, so the fact that you must venture out for a meal is no big deal, since you're probably getting a deal eating somewhere else. There is a place that delivers called " Big Pink" and their salads are delicious and the selection is great. Take time to visit this hotel and you won't be dissapointed. We visit Miami at least twice a year and I think we have found our regular lodging location. See ya next time Bentley Beach and thanks! Keesha & Austin
