I personally have stayed in at least 6 hotels on ocean drive trying to see which one is better, and worth for us to make it our come to hotel every visit to Miami, this was the worst one yet. As soon as you come into the hotel is dark and smelly. The room it self was falling apart floor tiles cracked, funny smell to the room, the sink and toilet was slanted making it hard to sit comfortably to use.
The vents haven’t been dusted or wiped down in a while. no WiFi, phone or tv at all the entire time. I couldn’t do any work on my laptop unless I used my phones hotspot. They said it was an outage that lasted the entire stay, the next day I checked out and went to the hotel next door! No outages at that hotel. I am very sorry to leave this review, I’m sure the staff are friendly but my stay was far from us feeling like we will be back. Be ware don’t use the luggage cart, they use it to haul garbage!! To the hotel you have a lot of competition on Ocean Drive, it’s time to update do better.
