"One staff was rude. We got there early so the room was not ready. They asked us to come back at 3. We came back at 3 only to find out the room is still not ready. I complained and she got really nasty and rude. The other staff came to straighten things out. rooms were clean. Breakfast was ok. "

"This was a great location for our stay in Lisbon. Easy access to buses and metro, clean, nicely designed rooms, wonderful breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. You'll also find plenty of restaurants nearby. We asked for a recommendation for dinner, a place locals would go, and were referred to Saboroso, just 5 min from the hotel. "Conveniently located to main train station and walking distance to major sightseeing, this hotel offers great value for money.. The reception area is kind of dated but the rooms are very clean, bed is comfortable and breakfast is very delicious. There are few restaurants at the bottom of the hotel.. "

"We arrived early for check in but the hotel was very accommodating. They had one of the 2 rooms ready so allowed us to check in early. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The reception staff were so helpful. They assisted in arranging a taxi with a wheelchair ramp when we were checking out which was not an easy task but they called numerous companies to ensure that we were able to travel to into the city. This is my second stay at the hotel and I would not hesitate to use again. "

"Nice hotel but a fair bit out of the way for anything The pool and roof terrace are closed till June Check taxi fares to where you need to go as there is a very limited bus/metro service and the taxis vary massively on time of day "
