“Supportive resolutions”
Had several issues with internet access, but the staff responded fairly quick. Internet access is a little slow. In fact, they came to assist me several times, but wifi is not readily available.
“Noisy airco etc.”
Airco in the room is way too noisy. I could not sleep well because of it. No safe in the room. Internet costs PHP 600 per day, which is way too much for such hotel, when I arrived it was also not functioning. Water cooker broken. So all in all it is a no. Reception staff was also not too welcoming. I moved to the Berjaya and that is way better.
