"The shuttle drive was easy to locate, pleasant and friendly. I arrived off early 6 am flight, I was dissatisfied that although my room was ready, I had to pay 40 dollars to access it before noon. Also hotel site says 24 hr check in? So why charge more? That's not ethical, same when my onward flight departed midnight, extra 40 dollars for late check out, but hotel did not have any incoming booking. Staff very helpful. "Property was not clean , no WiFi , hard to find location. Pictures on Expedia website and other booking sites will mislead. Location Kinda party place , not recommend for family."

"Location was good and safe. Very near metro. Unfortunately my 9th floor room faced west so I had the sun beating in almost all day... unless I shut all the drapes which was depressing. It is an unmarked building so good luck finding it. No little extras like bath soap and shampoo or a bottle of water. TV is in bedroom area not living room area. Wifi is good. No one speaks English do you better know Spanish. I paid in advance but I got a bill under my door to pay again. What a frustrating...
