"Liked the breakfast buffet options, room condition and decor, bell staff, cattleya spa. The view was great if you ignored the 50 metre stretch of reclaimed land between the hotel and water. The pool looks good but is always crowded with little area to relax in shade. Did not like the Wi-Fi signal. Maxed out at 4mbps download. "The stay was like a staycation. We had problems on the first day with the maintenance trying to fix problems that should of been resolved before we checked in. We were given an upgrade after complaining to the manager. The front desk tried to sell me the upgrade for extra cost before we checked in. Great stay afterwards. If you charge a high price you should have a high standard no matter the price. Customer service and a smile can't make up for poor quality any where in the world."
