“Beyond All Expectations!!!”

We just left the Viceroy today, and I couldn't get to the review section quick enough to sing its praises. This is a most outstanding property for its amazing and super attentive staff, excellent location, nightlife and the most beautiful pool and outside dining area I have ever seen. Its overall cleanliness was impecable, and all of its amenities were top notch.

Just returned from a weekend away at the Viceroy -- our second trip to the area and the hotel. Staff are excellent, service amazing, rooms very comfortable -- the hotel is a wonderful combination of "scene" and serenity and we will be back again and again.

Great Rooms, small pool but very nice pool bar. at night, pool bar becomes a very popular place in Santa Monica.

We love The Viceroy. This hotel oozes style, with crisp yet friendly service from the staff, superb cuisine and a very hip indoor/outdoor bar area that feels like a sophisticated club in the evening and an exotic resort during the daytime. At bedtime, when one is ready to escape from the doof-doof dance-grooves emanating from the cool court-yard pool bar, the double-glazed sliding doors of the boudoir balcony are brilliantly effective in shutting out the throbbing night-life as well as the roar of the daytime traffic in downtown Santa Monica. And even though the daily valet parking fee is s jaw-dropping 33 bucks a day, oh yeah baby, we will come again!

“My favorite hotel”

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They were friendly to my dog and my guests, very accommodating with a dog bowl and treats. They moved furniture out on the pool patio so my guests and I could be together. They gave me a late check out, moved my car into the shade so that after I checked out I could leave my dog in the car and still enjoy the pool. The manager is awesome.. Emes, the staff is superb and the we had the best Labor day ever. The food is always great and I've there for dinner many times, but this was the first stay there. I'm overwhelmingly impressed.

Top notch hotel , with great service. Room great with exception to shower, no door just walk in, water got everywhere. Decor was beautiful and sleek.
