“Great Hotel”
We visit the area once or twice a year. We will return to this hotel. It is clean, safe and well managed.
“Weekend girl's getaway”
Very well run hotel. It was pooring down rain when we arrived and they helped keep us dry while the car was being unloaded. The hotel grounds, pool, and room were beautiful. The room service and cafe had excellent food and choices. We definately would stay here again. Beautiful location and the staff was professional and very friendly. Overall, an A+....
“Great downtown location”
Stayed here overnight after a party. Wonderful check in and received an upgraded room without asking! Good central downtown location, close to aquarium and performing arts center. Secure parking under the building with easy access to the hotel. Would stay here again when we are in town. Also dog friendly!
“Good Hotel”
I stayed at the hotel because of a conference given there. The room and serve was very nice. The hotel grill had good food and there were great places to eat close by. Each morning at our conference we had a continental breakfast. They served so wonderful muffin, fruit and bagels. Everyone that work there was very friendly and polite!!!!
“Great service and location!”
This hotel was amazing! I booked this hotel for Long Beach Pride and it was literally a 5 minute walk. The hotel was clean and they took care of our needs. I will definitly be booking this hotel next year. I was able to book this room only 2 weeks before Pride and they had the best price around.
“The Westin is Bestin for Guestin”
I had a beer with Arnold Schwarzenegger at the Westin
“Great location for waterfront”
The hotel is clean and tidy and the staff helpful and courteous. The location is great for downtown Long Beach and the waterfront, both of which are within 5 minutes walk. Easy access too to the Pacific Coast Highway. The pool and exercise facilities were also clean and well equipped. The Expedia pre-paid price made this a good value hotel as well.
“It was great!”
My husband and I visited the hotel during a recent visit to CA. The valet, food, bar, customer and ALL service was great! It was also close to just about anything and if it was not then everything was just a short drive away. I would for sure return to this hotel and would suggest it to any of my friends! The only "problem" and I would not really call it a major problem, but when they swipe your card when registering to use for any charges incurred while at the hotel they place money "on hold" in your bank account. Well when I came home after our trip they had taken out all our charges but still had over $200 "on hold" and held it on hold for close to week after we had left the hotel. But eventually it was released.
“Very impressed”
View was great, service excellent
“great view, friendly staff, great place to stay”
We stayed here because it was close to the port as we awaited for our cruise. Great staff, clean rooms, very open and spacious lobby.
