“The perfect hotel for LA area visit”
Residence Inn - Burbank has a great location. It is close to I-5. Universal Studios is under 10mins and WB studios is even closer. We were primarily there on college visits. However, made use of the proximity to the studios for visits. The hotel is very clean and the staff extremely helpful. They allowed for early check-in without any hesitation.
“The Best!!”
Money well spent. The hotel is very clean and contemporary. The rooms are great. I just had a basic studio, with one counch and a queen bed. But the couch was a pull out so it had plenty of sleeping space. All the rooms come with a small kitchen that is almost fully loaded with everything with granite tops. They have a great workout room and an indoor heated swimming pool. and you can't beat the great FREE breakfast buffet. The hotel is also located to a lot of shopping and restaraunts, mostly everything is walking distance. Great hotel, location, service, and so on. Highly recommended!!!!

“Wish we could have stayed longer”
We were there for just one night and wish we could have been there for a longer vacation. This is a very nice hotel in a good location. The amenities in the room were amazing and as a family with 2 young children we loved having a little home away from home. We will definintely stay here again when we next come up to the Burbank area to visit our family. The only downside was there was no tub in the bathroom - just a shower. Our little one doesn't like showers yet so we missed the tub.
“Great hotel”
We stayed in a two bedroom, two bath room. The hotel was very clean. They provided a full breakfast, which was quite delicious. They had cookies everyday in the lobby and cold water with fruit in it that was very refreshing. I would definitely stay there again.

Convenient location. Great rooms. Good price. Try to get a room that is not on the Interstate 5 side if you're not a sound sleeper.
“Wonderful stay.”
The hotel was very nice. The service was awful, the first desk clerk "Susan" gave me a handicap room at first, when I asked her was there any differences in the rooms she stated, "no". There were in fact were big differences , I ended up asking for a different room and "Teresa" gave us a new one. Other than the hotel is very nice and in a wonderful area.
“Nice place in downtown Burbank”
I stayed at this hotel for the first time with my family. I was surprised at how large the room was and well appointed. The kitchen is fully appointed and more than I had expected. The breakfast was pretty good too (though a little bit the same every day). The only negative I could mention was that the A/C was louder than I think it should have been for such a nice place. Overall....I would be happy to stay there again. Beware though...parking is an extra $15/night which really irks me!!!
