“A Home Away from Home”

We've stayed at the Regency Inn numerous times. We were drawn to it for its convenient location for where we want to be while in Los Angeles (Eagle Rock). We always look for Mona at the desk. Her friendliness and warm smile welcome us every time.

“1 Night Stay”

While I stayed only one night, the room was clean and comfortable. While the TV cable package could have been upgraded to include some premium channels (HBO, Showtime, etc.), there were enough standard channels to satisfy. I'm not sure how the Internet access worked. When I logged on, I was told to enter a username/password, but I had no information on the site or in the room to give any additional information on how to access the web.

“Regency Inn Address”

Having the correct address would have helped. Colorado Blvd. has East and West and of course I chose the wrong one. Finding the correct address was very difficult. Attempting to call the phone number on the reservation form found no answer.
