A pleasant surprise from what we expected in this neighborhood. The hotel met our expectations and proved to be a little more. Happy to be a coffee shop in the hotel and ample parking in the secure garage. We did bathe European-style (without wash cloths) if fact, there was only one bath towel for each of us No wash cloths or hand towels. They made up for it by providing a refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, a safe and an iron. Price for a one-day stay was high at $200 for a junior suite because of graduations in the area. I think I would would stay here again if I had business in LA again.

Staff was delightful, However, we had to call to have the air conditioner fixed every single day. It was cool outside, however we could not keep the windows open at night because it was so very loud. Finally, on our last night of the day we requested a fan which was provided, however the first three nights of this day I did not get any sleep and I was attending a conference, so I was tired throughout the entire day.

Front desk receptionist was excellent, his customer service was exceptional. Check out was great with the machine the hotel has. I went to a concert at the crypto and Uber was easy, quick and cheap from the hotel. Highly recommended stay.

It was clean. The walls were paper thin and my neighbors were very loud. If the hotel is not overbooked, they should space out the guests and the rooms.
