“Clean! Clean! Clean!”

I suprised that hotel is so clean everywhere.good maintenance as well.Break fast was great.We enjoyed our one night stay.I recommend this hotel for casual leisure stay.

“Best Choice in Pasadena”

I was going to book another hotel in Pasadena because of the great reviews on Expedia, however I am glad I changed my mind. The Hotel is excellent all 'round. Comfort, service, facilities, location and cleanliness. The hotel is modern and within easy walking distance to Colarado Blvd. A great choice and would definitely stay again.

“LOVED IT!”

We had a bottom floor which lead out to the pool which was awesome! When we were on our way to dinner we stopped at the desk and asked for directions to Twin Palms. They pulled out a map gave quick directions recommended the Pork Chops which were absolutely delicious!!!!! It just goes to show you that a little customer service really does go a long way. Thank you!!!!!

“Great Location and Service”

This hotel is ideally located just 2 blocks from all the shopping and restuarants in Old Pasedena. Also, the service was top notch with the staff bending over backwards to make sure the stay was a good one. Very happy with the location, service,and the facilities (even though they were going through a renovation).

“Excellent Location and Great Service”

“Perfect for us”

Nice hotel with very convenient location-- lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Convenient to airport and Occidental College. Staff was friendly and helpful. We'll stay again.

“Convenient location, helpful staff”

I visited Pasadena to attend a game at the Rose Bowl. There is a very convenient shuttle located just a few blocks away from this hotel. It is close to shops and great restaurants. The staff assisted us in finding good restaurants and directions as well. I would stay here again.
