“Price is right”
Nice central location and easy to get anywhere. The hotel staf was nice a courtious and willing service for anything.
“Convenient”
Very convenient location next to the mall, freeway, and beach. The room was large, the bed was very comfortable and we had a coffee maker and refrigerator. The free internet came in handy as well and the price was very reasonable!
“Great service...great hotel”
When I first saw that this was a 2 star I was a bit skeptical. But after the first few minutes I was there I knew this was a great hotel. The man at the front desk was very helpful and gave us directions around LA. The rooms were clean and spacious...even had a microwave and refrigerator. The hotel is also very close to the beach and very close to 3 piers that have great resteraunts to eat at. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would probably stay at it again when I come back.
“Felt Great”
We needed a place to call "home" for four days. Someplace where it was easy to get on the freeway, find places to eat, entertainment and also feel comfortable. From my very late check in, where "Jeff" was more than helpful to the very last minute where we enjoyed a simple, yet tasty breakfast, we all said we would come back and/or send people there.. Thank-you.
“Would definitely stay there again!”
The hotel worked out perfectly for my needs. The location was great. The continental breakfast that was included was the best.
“Extremely Convenient Location”
The Galleria Inn is located close enough to the beach yet convenient to shopping, movies, restaurants and the freeway. This is my second stay and I would stay again.
“Convenient, Quiet, Peaceful , Just right”
The rooms wre clean, and the brds wre comfortable. Tha atmosphere outside was peaceful and we were lucky enough to stay on a night that the outside air was delightful. The staff was pleasant and friendly, and helpful with any questions. All and all This was one of my better hotel stays and I would recommend it to any of muy friends. Even the picky ones.

Excellent hotel. chambre spacieuse et propre. Bonne situation géographique pour visiter la Californie. Petit déjeuner bon et copieux . Les Best western sont la meilleure chaines.
“Better than expected”
Jay was AWESOME! We were traveling as a large group and had a car full of luggage that we preferred not to keep on top of the car and on the back luggage adapter while we went to Universal Studios. Check in was not until the afternoon and we wanted to get to US early. I called about 7:00 am and Jay said not to worry about it, just come on in and we will take care of your luggage. When we arrived at 9:30 am he had 2 rooms ready for us, issued us keys and allowed us to put our stuff in the rooms. We stayed 2 nights and can't say enough good things about our stay. Room, breakfast, housekeeping, all was GREAT!
“exceptionally clean”
the hotel was beautifully presented, the rooms were cleaned every day, the staff on reception were very helpfully, i would definitely recommend this hotel.
