“Very close to beach and good parking condition”
The parking condition is very good, exceed my expectation. And yes, it's super close to the beach so I'm happy with my choice. The room itself is okay but who care? Will you stay in the room rather than have a nice day on beach?

Friendly staff. Easy walk to downtown SM with LOTS of great restaurants or to Venice beach. On great bus routes to Getty Villa etc...
“Our Hank Moody Californication Vacation”
This hotel was great. We had such a great stay - the location could not have been better for the price. Everything else in the area was $300+ per night. I very highly recommend this hotel if you are interested in seeing the sites, and hanging out in Santa Monica and Venice.

I would love to spend a couple of weeks here as the location is INCREDIBLE if you want to be virtually on the beach and near the pier and other local great establishments! We would definitely stay there again and look for to doing that soon!

“Perfect Getaway!”
We went for one night away. The recently rennovated hotel was beautiful. all the charm you'd expect from an oceanside hotel. Close to nice restaurants and within walking distance to the ocean. The view of the sunset outside our window was breathtaking. The linens were clean and fresh. The room was clean and perfect for our little getaway. We will be going back!
“Great relaxing stay”
This was a great, old school motel type place with a really relaxed feel. Staff were very helpful - we needed to leave our car there for a couple of hours after checkout - nothing was too difficult. Very close to the beach, we had a great time

“Frequent Seattle traveler to Los Angeles”
I've stayed here for over 3 years, and watched the care and upgrading of the entire property. it's one of the best located, and better yet, safest neighborhoods in the Santa Monica/Venice area. A true value.
