“Nice winter weekend getaway”
The hotel is sleek and modern. It has a nice look. The hotel staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We reserved a city view room and we were checked in just a bit before the posted check in time. The only issue we had during the stay is that on 2 different occasions, including right after check-in, our room keys didn't work. We had a nice lunch in the restaurant bar with a beautiful view of the ocean -- only ones in there on a winter weekday afternoon. They also have some interesting drinks on the cocktail list. Raw bar was good, lobster salad a bit disappointing. They had a big event in the evening and the bar area was really lively - a nice crowd - not kids. Beds comfortable and even the city view is nice (view from rooftop is amazing). Fixtures on the sinks and toilets were a little strange and difficult. The gym area has nice new equipment and the ocean view - great for a hotel gym. Great yoga studio a few blocks away. Overall -- a great place to stay.

An absolutely wonderfully designed hotel, complete with a friendly and attentive staff. 35 Minutes from New York City, this hotel's luxury comes at a price that would get you dump in the city. Totally worth the stay.

Can't say enough good things about this place! Fantastic modern decor. Great rooms. Comfortable beds. Friendly, accommodating staff. Incredible view from the rooftop pool/ballroom area. Literally right on the ocean/boardwalk. Great, safe neighborhood. Didn't get a chance to dine in the Atlantica but I wished I had. Only stayed for one night but I could have stayed here for a few weeks. I was visiting family in the area and I'll definitely book with the Allegria the next time I'm in Long Beach. I may want to spend more time at the hotel than with them (just kidding...sorta). On the pricey side? Depends on your budget but worth every penny in my opinion.

Great modern beach style rooms. It's right on the beach and conveniently located near restaurants. The staff were extremely helpful also. I will definitely be back this summer.
“"ALLEGRIA".....another word for paradise!”
My husband and I just spent a relaxing long weekend at the Allegria Hotel in Long Beach, NY. We are delighted to have such a luxurious hideaway to escape to that is less than an hour away from our home in Westchester county. The Allegria’s great location on the busy boardwalk and its breathtaking view of the ocean from sunrise to sunset makes staying at this hotel an experience to remember. To boot it off, the weather was unusually warm for an October weekend, so we were pleasantly surprised to be able to enjoy the beach and rooftop pool for one last time this year! Also, in addition to the very efficient and overall accommodating staff, in particular Debbie D., who is genuinely warm and concerned about your overall experience, everyone makes you feel like you are at home. Dining at the Atlantica restaurant was also a pleasant experience. My husband and I thoroughly enjoy this boutique hotel and are already booked for the summer of 2012! Although it is a bit pricey, the overall experience is well worth it. We recommend it highly.

Allegria Hotel and Spa is a beautiful, modern, new, and clean hotel. We had a great time and would stay there again.

I was very happy with the hotel...felt like I was in Miami Beach..... I was only upset with the service for breakfast.....somehow they were very slow with my order and actually forgot it. But they were gracious and took care of the bill......other than that it was beautiful!
