“Good Stay”
Ideally located close to the Earl's Court Tube Station and in a well-maintained neighborhood. Booked a twin-bedded room but ended up the first night with a small double bed for two persons. The rest of the stay was in an excellent twin bedded room overlooking front of the hotel. Continental breakfast was fine with staff constantly clearing the tables.
“Great Convenience”
This hotel was great. It was affordable, the tube was under a five minute walk so we even made it to the Chelsea game, the shower was hot and strong (albeit small), and the breakfast was enough to fill us for the day. I would have loved a bigger bed but all in all, this place was exceptional. The receptionist was very nice and helped us with directions. And someone was always there when we came in. Great place to stay!
“Excellent value, good location”
This was one of the lowest priced hotels in London for a double room. For the price, this hotel was great. Nothing extraordinary, but if you are looking for the basics and don't want to spend a lot of money this is a very good choice. I didn't try the included breakfast. It's in a nice neighborhood and there is a cute street with lots of restaurants near the Earl's Court tube station.
“We felt like at home.”
It was nice and clean. Employes very helpful. Breakfast was good.Elevator was a very helpful feature.
“Westbury Hotel is a good deal”
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, rooms were small but clean, free WiFi in the lobby area. Hotel location was great - safe and close to the metro. Overall a great place to stay if you don't want to pay a lot of money for a fancy hotel, but don't want to stay in a hostel.
“Would stay here again”
The Westbury was great for a cheap central place to sleep. If you are planning on spending time in your room look else where but if you are out all day then this place is great! It was very easy to find off Earls Court tube stop (2 stops to central London) and had lots of restaurants and pubs in walking distance. The breakfast was a slice of white toast and cereal with warm milk. We skipped it after the first day. There seemed to be construction but we never heard any noise and the front desk staff was lovely and always remembered who we were.
“Excellent value & location”
The Westbury is clean and certainly no frills. Reviews about the WiFi are correct - it is sketchy as to whether or not it works (we were in the room right next to the router, and still had difficulties connecting other than in the lobby). The quad room was 4 twin beds with no room to walk in between. If all you want is a clean place to sleep, shower and go, this is perfect - few London hotels offer much room in a quad, so this met my expectations. It's a 1 block walk to the rail / tube station in a VERY safe neighborhood. The woman who checked us in also was wonderful to get us a private car for hire to get to the airport on the morning of a Tube strike/shut-down. I would stay here again.
“Ready to go back.”
Good location, friendly staff and close to Underground station.
“Excellent value hotel”
had a 3 bed room and Breakfast for less that 20 pounds/person/night, recently refurbished. good clean room, average breakfast but overall fantastic value for money
“J'y retourne sans problème”
Près du métro. Accueil sympa. Chambre calme et propre
