No tiene las comodidades de un 4 estrellas, tuvimos un inconveniente con una pérdida de agua y no se resolvió de inmediato, tampoco nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitación ni compensación alguna. No disponen de servicio de desayuno en la habitación y en varias ocasiones ni pude pedir la cena porque no respondían el teléfono, un servicio al cliente muy pobre y mala predisposición, no lo recomiendo en absoluto

It was connected to the Victoria station, and was renovated. Lounge was great and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. Lobby staff are very welcoming.

Public area and bars are attractive, maintained well and service in Soak bar good. Bedroom - a so called “wing room” on 4th floor was disappointing - small, dated furnishings and basic facilities. Room cleaning was late in day and hallways littered with used room service trays. Exorbitant cost for what was received - would not recommend or stay again.
