“Under construction”
This hotel is under construction. it is difficult and awkward to find Reception. The corridors and rooms of the hotel are cold, and there is an impression that the whole place is waiting for upgrading. It is not really a four star hotel at present
“mess”
This Hotel is a complete mess
“Convenient, comfortable but construction!”
Nice hotel, with VERY comfortable beds, and clean and quiet rooms. Unfortunately the hotel was under construction when we were there so the hotel bar/restaurant had only a buffet set up in a large empty room with no where to sit! All other aspects of the hotel were good. Location is close to the airport but not to many restaurants (if you want to walk). We did find a great Chinese restaurant close to the hotel though!
“Maldeiri”
Low quality rooms, which is equal to max of 2 stars
“Budget Sheraton”
It's a Sheraton, but its at the lower end. However, it is suitable accomodation and depending upon specials, it can be inexepnsive.
“Sheraton Heathrow”
The Sheraton Heathrow failed on many levels for me. They did not have but one very small bar of soap in my room and one bath towel, I was not offered their third floor designated for Starwood Preferred guests, there was no draft beer in the bar area, I ordered a BeefBurger which was like a hockey puck and totally inedible and the place in general is in poor state of decoration for the prices they charge. I could go on about my full English breakfast for £16 that was cold, and the 15 minute wait at reception to check in or check out. Disappointing all round.
“Downhill from last visit”
Communal areas of the hotel are very well presented and breakfast buffet was adequate. However although I have stayed here before the general state of the "Club Rooms" that we stayed in were not of a good standard. They were small and amenities in the room were lacking. As we had two rooms it was interesting to see the inconsistent standards from room to room. Not the quality that I expect from a Sheraton hotel. For an airport hotel with guests arriving and sleeping at all times of the day and night, the housekeeping staff were extremely noisy. Granted there is nothing you can do about noisy guests but staff , well that's just a different story ! Although I complained about them knocking on my door at 8am and continuing to make lots of unacceptable noise, nothing seemed to get any better ! Most disappointed and will definitely NOT stay here again. On a positive note the reception staff were very friendly and helpful and although an airport hotel there was no air plane noise at all .
“very low quility of rooms”
very bad rooms and very small and smely
“Not what expected”
The pictures on the site reveal a more attractive place to stay. When I arrived the lobby seemed old looking and dull. Upon further into my stay, the carpets in the rooms as well as the lobby/dining area were dingy. Also. the hallways were cold.
“close to Heathrow airport”
close to Heathrow airport; gym but no swimming pool; breakfast not included; shuttle to airport every 20 min; convinient
