“This was a little gem!”
This hotel was a little gem and so close to Oxford St and Marble Arch without the noise and carry on. Lovely room and everything you could want.
“Credit you the wonderful staffs @ Radisson Edwardian Sussex”
+ Superbly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional staffs. + Very convenient location (especially for shopping oriented trips, located at the end of Oxford St. shopping stretch). + Booked the Deluxe room; very clean (I'm allergic to dust, so I know when the room is not really clean), well decorated, very well equipped (amenities, Internet, kettle, pants press, iron, B&O TV), living space is decent. - The only problem is that there was the slightest gap on the window (window can still be securely locked) that lets the wind into the room making it a little cold (we went during January winter), however problem was rectified on the next day without even being requested by us. - We had a chance to compare with the cheaper room and it turned out there is very little different in size and amenities between them. Really satisfied overall. Will definitely be our first priority for accommodation the next time we visit London. (But maybe we'll be taking the cheapest room the next time around.) Excellent value for money.
“nice hotel great location for shopping”
friendly staff, easy to get to and nice decor.
“nice for the money”
great location for shopping oxford. friendly staff and good size room for european standards. only drawback if your a large person shower stall very small.
“i would certainly go back”
i recommend radisson sussex hotel for its great location ,confortable rooms and good service.
“Rating Radisson Edwardian Sussex......”
what I liked about the hotel was that my room was very clean and although my room was relatively small the bed wasn't, and most of the staff tried hard to be helpful. I had picked the hotel for its location, just off of Oxford street, and close to Hyde Park. I am pleased with my choice! Soraya
“Good place to stay right off Oxford Street”
Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The room fit the standard UK size, but it was very modern and comfortable. We had a room with two single beds that were very comfortable. The hotel appears to have recently been renovated. The location is about 3 blocks from the Marble Arch tube station and 1/2 block off Oxford Street. Breakfast at the hotel is good, but very expensive. Wireless internet was free.
“Small rooms but superb location”
The Edwardian Sussex does have small rooms, but it's location (one block off Oxford St, near Marble Arch) is hard to beat. Recommended - especially if you can get the Expedia rate and not the rack rate.
“Rooms are small”
The location of the hotel is great, 1 min walk to Oxford Street and on the bus route to everywhere. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly. the only draw back is that the rooms are smaller than expected, however considering the location it was not that bad.
“Small room but clean and affordable”
The room is really small. The bathroom is outside the rooms but within the space. The bathroom is not heated so I had to run the shower with the hot water on to heat the bathroom. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was good. great location close to Oxford street and shoppings.
