Hôtel très satisfaisant ; chambre bien entretenue, personnel courtois, accueillant et disponible ; petit déjeuner à volonté avec de nombreuses bonnes choses à manger. Il est situé à proximité de lignes de bus aux passages fréquents (même la nuit, c'est très pratique quand on se ballade tard en soirée).

This hotel was absolutely lovely. I had three great nights of sleep. The staff were helpful and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I was really impressed with how they had redone this hotel. The colors used were bright and cheery. Beds were comfortable. Great location to Paddington and finding places around there to eat was easy. Selection at breakfast was varied. I would definitely go back there when in London again.

This hotel is in a clean and safe neighbourhood, a half block to buses and three blocks to tube station. Great local restaurants and the hotel has a dining room and bar as well as room service. The staff are very nice and offer good service. The rooms were very clean and quiet. Queen size beds available. We are looking forward to going back. This will be our hotel of choice having stayed at three others.

Hotel was immicaulate, our room was warm, comfortable and has all amenities. The location was excellent, across from Hyde Park and near to the busy Bayswater road and subway station.
