“Fantastic Four Seasons Experience!!”

Amazing hotel in every way. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms and common areas were completely renovated. Felt like a brand new hotel. We have stayed at Four Seasons all over the world and my husband and I both agree that for a city hotel this was one of the nicest we have stayed at. They even have a house Rolls-Royce Phantom that will drive you to local locations!

“Best hotel in London maybe? It's definately up there.”

From the second you pull up outside the experience begins. The concierge and reception staff can't do enough for you. There's still that new smell in the building, rooms have lots of nice little touches (there was a TV built into the mirror of our bathroom!). When you go out, press the 'make up room' button, and on your return fresh bed linen and towels, and the rooms was tidied with all our clothes hung up in the wardrobe. I've stayed at a few London 5*'s recently and this was by far the very best.
