“Out standing room”
Our room at the Crowne Plaza was very large with a large bathroom. The hotel has two resturnts and there are several pubs and small eateries within a couple of blocks. The staff is was very friendly and helpful. There is a tube station right across the street, unfourtunately it was closed for repair. It is a short walk to the next station along the Thames. There are several bus stops within a couple of blocks. I would highly recommend staying here.
“Would definitely stay there again”
In addition to the excellent rate received through Expedia, i definitely received 4+ star service at this Crowne Plaza! Rooms were modern, clean and sufficiently spacious. the concierge/front desk staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and location was quite good as well. Many restuarants and shops close by and some key local attractions not to far away either. Would definitely stay here again when staying in London.

This is a great hotel! Located in the financial district and right across the street from Blackfriars Station (Tube/Rail), this hotel was ideal for my wife and I. The staff were extremely curteous and helpful. The rooms were sufficiently sized and clean. Furthermore, the beds were comfortable and the room was quiet!

The location in central London is perfect for anyone doing business, sightseeing or combining the two like we were. The walk to either the Temple or St. Paul's underground stations is less than 10 minutes and the Tate Modern is just across the Blackfriar's bridge. The room was spacious and nicely appointed, very comfortable bed. Located on the club-floor, the access to the Club Lounge was a significant benefit, particularly for a quick early breakfast. Unlike many hotels, the desk and chair actually provided a proper working height. I was most impressed that when I called about two minor maintenance issues, the response to resolve them was very quick. These are things we all expect but so seldom find! It is convenient on occasion to visit the restaurants in the hotel. I was not impressed with the dinner we had at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, but look forward to another meal at the Italian restaurant there.
“London-The City”
I was extremely please with my experience at this Crowne. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the hospitality of all staff, including restaurants. The concierge was very helpful, providing a map, umbrella when it rained, and general assistance with the City. I was very appreciative and would recommend to anyone traveling in this area.

Stayed in the King Studio, very nice and spacious room. Club lounge a bit small but v. nice. Definetly will book it again.
