“Extremely clean rooms; Great location”

My brother and I stayed in a twin bed room. Though a bit small compared to rooms in the U.S. the room was very clean (a must as those of us who travel frequently and internationally know). The staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel location (Bloomsbury) was central. Pancras International was a short walk away making my day trip to Paris via the Eurostar convenient.

“Contemporary style in good location”

The Ambassadors has recently undergone a complete makeover, so the decor was fresh, beds comfortable and (very un-English, this) water pressure in the walk-in shower was brilliant! We loved the contemporary style - as did our two 80-something mothers. Staff were, without exception, friendly and helpful. The restaurant is in an attractive, light room, where we avoided the full English breakfast which we thought rather expensive, but the continental alternative - at less than half the price - was good. We would certainly go back - and hope to try the highly spoken-of Number Twelve restaurant for dinner. It got a rave review in the Financial Times in April this year.

“Great Location, Lovely clean room and amazing food!!”

The hotel was more pricey than others I looked at but the location was perfect for me. The room was very clean, modern and peaceful. We ate in the resturant and found that the food was amazing and the resturant staff were great.

“Very nice hotel, close to Kings Cross and Euston Stations”

I was very happy with this hotel. Everything was very clean and bright and appeared to be newly refurbished. Service at reception was excellent. Breakfast buffet included in the rate we paid was a first class buffet. For a London hotel room the room size was reasonable and the bed big enough. Only very minor complaint is that the closet was tiny, but not a big problem for us as we only stayed two nights.

“Will return”

Room was very clean and modern if a little small. The bathroom was huge in fact as big as the bedroom. Price was reasonable and the breakfast was very good.We will return.
