"Location très récente et bien équipée mais un peu loin de tout (plage, commerces et restaurants) donc voiture indispensable. Tout l'équipement n'était pas disponible (un parasol manquant par temps de canicule et un transat cassé et aucun des deux n'a été remplacé au cours de notre séjour de deux semaines). Contact avec l'agence Hoomy un peu fastidieux avec quatre interlocuteurs différents en autant d'appels. Gilles / Saint-Chamond"

"Booked twin rooms, was given double bed. Managed to find twin rooms in the end, thn had to chase for proper bedding (missing sheet & pillow case) and towels (only 1 hand towel). All sorted in the end, concierge was very good, but shouldn't have to experience basic things like those above. Hotel itself fine, feels like student accommodation. Location ok, 15 minute walk into main part of town. "

No AC, No Hairdryer, Shower head has to be held to be used, Dirty floors with circular burns in carpet, no toiletries or towels, no AC in fitness center, very sketchy area, dirty refrigerator, no coffee, very late checkin and very early checkout. Worst place I have EVER stayed. "

"OKKO hotels in Nantes was exactly as expected. We had a car so needed a spot with a car park. The room was small, but that was obvious from the description. It was well put together and very neat and clean with a decent breakfast in the morning. It was just around corner of the Chateau des ducs de Bretagne and the cathedral in Nantes. Lots of great places to eat right there. We had a wonderful dinner in Le Cochin que fume right next door."
