"The staff were phenomenal! The front desk ladies were amazing and super helpful. There was always someone about cleaning. 3 minor things about the hotel: my rooms shower head was a dribble so it was hard to wash long hair. It had an adjustable head but your options were pressure wash or dribble. I think the head just needs a good cleaning. The curtains in the room didn’t completely cover the windows so the room was never dark. And the area around the hot tub had ripped up grout. The hot tub was only ever warm and the jets didn’t really work. The breakfast included was great! Loved the pancake machine. Even when the room was empty it was cramped with the lay out of the tables. Every staff member I met was super polite and helpful. The room keys are super sensitive. They had to be replaced multiple times. It can’t be anywhere near electronics or it won’t work and even stopped working even if it wasn’t near electronics. The room was clean and we were never disturbed by other guests even though it was quite busy. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were very thick. When booking it didn’t list anything past a basic room. When we got to the room we were pleasantly surprised that it had a larger mini fridge , microwave and coffee maker. This made the trip so much easier. It’s a great location super close to everything we did and needed. I don’t think we drove more then 7 minutes to get to anything. But I can’t stress enough how wonderful the front desk staff were."

"Close to venue that I needed to be running back and forth to all weekend. Delicious breakfast included. Pleasant staff. Main elevators were out of order which was a little less convenient when hauling items back and forth. Kids loved the waterslide and pool! "

"The only downside was that their Smitty's restaurant was temporarily closed due to a water leak beyond their control. Apart from that the stay was Excellent, grandkids loved the pool!"
