"I had an amazing stay here. Located in a nice quiet but scenic location. My room was great I had my own separate spacious bathroom and a double bed room next door to it. The grounds of the hotel are green and you can see woodpeckers from the window. The breakfast options were great from a cooked breakfast to fresh fruit yoghurts and cereals. I also unexpectedly received daily housekeeping. The hotel is located within reasonable driving distance to nice beaches and attractions."

"This is a lovely place to stay. We were well looked after, my gluten free dietary needs were catered for and the staff were very accommodating. The house is old so we expected that the rooms might be ‘quirky’ but we had a dangerous fault with our shower that could have resulted in serious scalding incident. We have informed the managers so they can deal with it. Dinner was 5* as you’d expect in a place with a chef of this calibre - wine and port also excellent. Pricey, but not excessive....

There was a little noise with entry /exit of upstairs residents. Really good value for money. "Very convenient hotel for walking the Llanberis path. Great garden bar and the food in the restaurant is excellent. Staff very friendly and our room was pretty modern looking. Only slight negative is wobbly taps in the bathroom and it's a bit of a maze getting to the third floor. But would stay here again. 5 minutes walk to train up Mt Snowden and bus stop to other paths up the hill. Excellent example of a round tower behind the hotel and a scenic lake to have a swim in behind the bus stop."
