"Given key to our “cabin” and upon entering found beds still left from previous person, dirty towels on floor and room not cleaned. Returned key to receptionist and she gave me a second key to another room - exactly same issue in this room. Return a 3rd time to reception, get another room key ….. yes same thing! "A very great place to stay near Ladysmith and Nanaimo. Perfect for a few nights. You can tell it is a newer building as everything is pristine and the beds are comfortable. The staff are outstanding and very accommodating to what you may need. I had a week long holiday and needed to clean some cloths and there’s a good washer and dryer on the main floor. Overall the washer, dryer and detergent cost $5 for a load. "
